WEDDING RENTAL PACKAGE
CEREMONY & RECEPTION
- Access to the building the day before, day of, and after your event 11am – 11pm
- Access Hours Day Before 5pm – 9pm
- Access Hours Day After 9am – 11am
- Aplified Audio must end at 10pm
- All guests must vacate the premises by 11pm
- Use of the 3rd & 4th-floor ballroom & 5th floor mezzanine
- 1 time set up and use of:
- 200 gold Chiavari chairs
- 20 5 ft. round tables
- 10n 8 ft. rectangular tables
- 10 30″ high-top bistro tables
- Venue staff onsite during your event
- Elevator operations for the event
- An elevator operator will be on premises 30 minutes prior to the event start time until 30 minutes after your event end time
- Break down of tables and chairs
- Trash removal and clean up
Friday & Saturday Events: $12,000
Sunday & Thursday Events: $11,000
Monday-Wednesday Events: $10,000
